We require a $100 deposit to secure the appointment.  Confirmations for appointments are sent via email.

We strive to accommodate each client to the best of our ability. Please cancel or reschedule your service with us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

A credit card is required to hold appointments at Chicago Microblading Studio. If you choose not to provide this information we will not hold your appointment.


Rescheduling, no-shows, and cancellations

Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your service total. You will be charged 100% of the service total for not  showing up to your appointment.
If you must reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any fees. 

Permanent makeup deposits

All deposits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE and go towards the cost of your total amount.
You may reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit if you do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. If two appointments are canceled or rescheduled, payment in full will be required prior to scheduling your appointment.

Touch-up policy

Please schedule your touch-up appointment as soon as possible following your initial appointment. If a touch-up appointment is not scheduled within the 6-10 weeks time frame, after 10 weeks the fee is $150 +.
A  touch-up appointment will be forfeited if you reschedule within 48 hours or  No-show. Certain clients, such as those with oily or problematic skin or those who do not follow proper aftercare, may require an additional follow-up session priced at $100. 


All treatments at Chicago Microblading Studio are Non-refundable.
